Summary/Abstract: Factors supporting probability of Intra-/Internet training in an organization were identified in the paper. Empirical material from research on the human resource management system in enterprises of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship was analyzed. Econometric modelling (models of quality variable were estimated) were applied in the methodological layer.
