PROFESSIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC CONTENT OF THE SOCIETY OF ARCHIVAL EMPLOYEES OF TUZLA CANTON AS AN IMPORTANT MOTIVE FOR EDUCATION PERSONNEL OF ARCHIVES

Summary/Abstract: Continuous archival education should be a basic task, because it is the only way to change old habits and old ways of working. Only with a professional way we can take on new roles that are imposed on us contemporary archival. The traditional way of working has to be overcomed, if we are to effectively and efficiently respond to the problems that created new social, economic and IT environment. In environments such as our own, professional associations, if they are well organized to compensate for failures and shortcomings that government and politics can not or will not solve. Society of archivists in Tuzla Canton employee for ten years of work and gave its support and contribution to the Archives of Tuzla Canton, its members and the society at large in the field of archival operations. Any topic that is dealt with, either for a consultation, a round table, exhibition, or performance of the media is an opportunity for both the archival staff who participated in the implementation thereof and further investigate this particular aspect or issue of archival activities, and for present or the audience who listened to lectures and discussions. It was an opportunity for both sides to enrich their knowledge and practical work to change for the better. Throughout much of the program activities participated archival staff from the country and abroad, and other experts, as the archival become a multidisciplinary field, and have knowledge and experience in other areas that directly or indirectly affect the Archive Administration highly desirable. Next, the main task is to introduce the continuous education of employees of all types of archives as an obligation. Society of archivists except counseling for employees and archival articles from the same publication, which represent an important means of archival personnel training and exchange of knowledge and experience, they should work more on the realization of short seminars and workshops for the Registrar of the registry system, in which the theoretical and practical tilled all current topics and problems.
