Summary/Abstract: The study aims to investigate aspects of the relationships that readiness grade teachers have with parents, school teaching staff, school principle, county school inspectorate and university experts in the fields of sciences of education and psychology for class problem management. We used a sample of 205 readiness grade teachers employed in Bihor County. Concerning the teacher-parent relationship, teachers perceive as effective parents’ involvement in class activities, parent counseling activities, parents’ meetings and talking on the phone with the parents. When referring to their relationship with the other partners of education, readiness teachers cooperate with school teaching staff and have the constant support of school principle and county school inspectorate for their class activities. But their direct cooperation with university professors in the field of readiness grade education process is considered to have an average level of effectiveness. Research data open new directions of action: they challenge university experts in sciences of education and psychology to get involved in solving problems encountered by pre-university teachers, mainly readiness grade ones.
