The meaning of the notion of „goods” within the ECHR Jurisprudence

Summary/Abstract: We are witnessing today, more than ever, a reassessment of the role and importance of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in the national law systems. Likewise, the interest of the law practitioners to apply the Convention within the internal law has risen significantly. Therefore a major desideratum has been reached, that of finding suitable, compatible solutions between the norms of the Convention and the Romanian law system, like the one of protecting the right to property in a community system.
