Wskazuje na tradycyjne koncepcje pojmowania tej kategorii oraz na współczesne rozwiązania problematyki suwerenności wewnętrznej, które prowadzą do pojęć suwerenności wspólnoty oraz suwerenności prawa. Te dwa zagadnienia tylko pozornie są z sobą sprzeczne, a rozwiązanie opisywanej problematyki znajduje się właśnie w ich współzależności.The article describes the issue of internal sovereignty. It points to the traditional understanding of the concepts in this category and the solutions to the contemporary problems of internal sovereignty, which lead to the concepts of sovereignty of community, and the sovereignty of law. These two issues seem to contradict each other, and the solution to the problems is described precisely in their interdependence.
