Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to make a preliminary analysis of the possibility of „many worlds“ interpretations that can be found in the works of different authors with important roles for the formation of the Byzantine philosophical thought. The main thesis is that there is a recursive implicit idea for a modal plurality in the act of Creation, which forms an „intellectual background“ for different philosophical discourses in Byzantine philosophy, and that such idea can be deduced from them as their consequence or prerequisite.
