Assessment of level of sustainable development of municipalities of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The concept of sustainable development today plays a vital role in creating a relationship between society, economy and environment. The aim of the study is to assess the level of sustainability of municipalities of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. The evaluation will be made based on 8 variables relating to the economic area. The time frame includes the development of a ten-year period (2005-2014). Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the level of sustainable development among municipalities of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship is characterized by high volatility.
