Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was to determine the importance of logistics costs in the enterprise company from the advertising industry. The analysis included an advertising agency operating on the Polish market since 2004. Studies have shown that the logistics cost represents a significant share in the cost structure of enterprises trading advertised articles. Based on the knowledge of the areas of their formation in the audited entity, they reduced the costs from 11.7 to 5.0% over the year. The logistics cost structure is dominated by transport costs, which account for about 50% and the lowest percentage share of the packaging and the storage costs system. According to the employees, logistics costs have a significant impact on the quality of customer service.
