Summary/Abstract: The project of topic Transfer of knowledge – connection with human factor and how to implement is aimed at exploring theoretical guidelines and practical opportunities as an effective strategy to improve the mechanisms for acquisition, storage, distribution and utilization of knowledge. Dynamic changes in recent years imperative need to impose exchange of knowledge between research and business. Member States of the European Union becoming more fully aware of the importance of knowledge transfer to increase competitiveness and improve the efficiency of public research. This fact is reflected in the national reform programs developed under the Lisbon strategy. Taken numerous initiatives to promote cooperation between research organizations and businesses.
