Summary/Abstract: The article defines social security through the prism of sectors cooperation. Made were the interpretation concepts of civil society, NGOs and local government. Analyzed was the cooperation of the non-profit provincial administration terrain of the Lubuskie region in selected areas of public tasks in the years 2005-2013.
