Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the 2014 evolution of the New START (correctly implemented),the INF (problematic), the NPT (Iran’s realization accord with P5 + 1 – JointPlan of Action), the CTBT (nothing new in 2014), the CWC (destruction of theSyrian chemical arsenal) regimes, as well as the Nuclear Summit in the Hague.
