Improving the mechanism of professional development in Ukraine

Summary/Abstract: In today's economic society more and more attention is paid to the professional development of staff, because innovation requires high-quality workforce and high productivity growth for the company. This article discusses the problems of professional training in Ukraine, the analysis of the current situation on the labor market and the requirements of employers to the workforce. On the basis of systematization and generalization of the proposed solutions to the problem and balance the interests of employers and workers with government support.
