Summary/Abstract: The work is devoted to the identification of words and other linguistic elements of Komi origin observed in the Udmurt language. The areal distribution, etymological relations, phonetic, morphological and semantic features of the language units are analysed in order to distinguish common Permian features from more recent loans well as from more ancient heritage.
