Summary/Abstract: Though comparison of facts from various Russian sources it is shown that violent acts committed at home are mostly directed against women. The author draws the conclusion that interdepartmental model of response to the acts of domestic violence is the most effective one. This model promotes further development of cooperation between different state institu-tions, NGO’s, experts in this sphere.
