Considerations regarding the liquidation of the forced execution costs in civil matters

Summary/Abstract: The study presents some considerations of the author concerning the costs of enforcement in civil matters, as well as the calculation and liquidation. The common way of disposing of costs is an issue of great interest to the bailiffs and enforcement courts. There are situations in which the courts exercise a strict control over costs, sometimes reducing them, including the fees of the bailiff.
