Summary/Abstract: Web 2.0 standards were introduced to overcome many of the shortcomings which it had previously which also followed by the e-Learning. In fact, it is even true to say that e-Learning captured the trend of web and adopted that technology and became 2.0. Conceptually e-Learning 2.0 should facilitate rich media formats with high degree of end user involvement through web based services. The concepts of wikis, RSS, Blogs, community sharing etc. for a better user experience. Also the e-Learning 2.0 provides smooth learning content evolvement while they are being used. In fact, the entire user community becomes the content authors and enables a rich infrastructure to share the knowledge. Ironically, these kinds of features introduce additional problems such as content authentication, integrity violation, etc. There are many policy related development need to be done strategically. This paper identifies sustainable strategies with Key Success Factors for e-Learning 2.0 implementation.
