Summary/Abstract: In the business world, obviously, tax advantages that different countries apply are used to gain advantages, allowing a lower tax for specific business. Tax laws of some states, generally in small countries, is very favorable for the entrepreneurs, allowing legal entities to be created, which then, by benefitting of reduced taxation in the country of registration, are able to conduct their business in other countries where taxation is overwhelming. Thus, legal entities are generally companies that take advantage of a law fiction. As legal entities, they cannot exist unless they are animated by individuals whose interests they reflect.
