Summary/Abstract: A Euroregion is a form of cross-border cooperation between the regions of the EU Member States, candidate countries and their neighbours. On the Polish territory, cross-border cooperation has been taken within sixteen Euroregions. In the Silesia province there are three: Euroregion Silesia, Cieszyn Silesia Euroregion and Beskidy Euroregion. The article presents the analysis of the activities of public libraries in municipalities belonging to the different Euroregions in Silesia. Cultural and educational projects undertaken by the libriaries under the euroregional cooperation programme are discussed.
