Summary/Abstract: In current knowledge of the economy, domestic entities will increasingly face as trademark and trade economic and legal institute. This fact obliges us to master the knowledge and information that deals with legal and economic aspects of trademarks. We say trademark is a symbol or name under which the products or services that occur are identified and distinguished from similar products and services on the market. Trademark becomes a brand, and then you are well positioned in the minds of consumers when providing high customer loyalty. In theory and practice of domestic trademark that is primarily viewed as a marketing institute. The economy of trademarks relating to: the obtained values embedded within the development, maintenance, protection, transfer or acquisition of trademarks.
