Summary/Abstract: We cannot start this presentation without noting that the monistic intention of the drafters of the new Civil Code, reflected in the inclusion of the family relationships in this legal document, did not have as a result the disappearance of the family law as an independent branch of law, but rather marked the birth of a new branch, that of matrimonial regimes. With the intuition specific to excellence, Mrs. Nadia Cerasela Aniţei, Associate Professor noticed this and included it in a monography intended for practitioners, but not limited to them, comprising the entire range of matrimonial regimes specific problems under the new Civil Code.
