Summary/Abstract: Reputation is a company resource which is sensitive and it can be damaged. The risk of deterioration or loss of good repute among stakeholders refers to the extent of the gap among their expectations and actions of an organization in order to fulfil them. This gap can be bridged by proper management of relations with stakeholders. The aim of the article is to show such strategies of relations management with stakeholders which can bring effective influence on the reduction of risk of the loss or deterioration of reputation.
