Summary/Abstract: Enterprises operating in a market economy are forced to include operating environment, including economic trends, in their activities. During the downturn, due to the collapse in demand, poor access to finance, and resulting gridlock, companies face financial difficulties, which may in effect lead to bankruptcy. Hence, companies in order to stay on the market take corrective action within the current structure changes. Repair restructuring can have restructuring, organizational, financial, employment and induced character.
