Decisions made by organizer of an employees’ teams making their functioning difficult

Summary/Abstract: The paper raises issues related to the functioning of employees’ teams. It draws attention to the wide application of teamwork in practice. It shows the benefits of its implementation and the conditions in which it may appear. Particular emphasis in the article focuses on the decisions taken at the stage of creating (building) a team of employees especially on those decisions, the effect of which is hampered operation of the team. The author gives examples of such decisions and discusses their effects.
