Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to determine the place and role of project sales in the enterprise and to identify the main problems associated with its organization. The article presents the changing characteristics of the sales process as well as discusses the growing role of projects in the economy. It proposes a theoretical model that can be used to determine the place of the sales of projects in the company. The analysis of the literature and the presentation of the results of own research conducted in Polish ICT sector allow to identify the main problems of project sales. The last part of the article presents the conclusions.
