Summary/Abstract: In this article we tried to identify the paradoxes in the behavior of enterprises during the economic crisis. For the analysis we chose different areas of the enterprise activity: resource management; business models; organizational structures; networks and organizational culture. Paradoxes in these areas were identified on the basis of empirical research. We demonstrated the irrationality of some enterprises’ behavior during the economic crisis. We also tried to explain the reason for their existence.
