Summary/Abstract: In the present article the authoress shows the outcome of her research relating to resourcefulness. The research was done in 2014 and it was a part of the authoress’s research project. The objective of the research was the identification of relations existing among reasons of not establishing own business due to the lack of financial resources and business ideas and the knowledge about enterprise; understanding who an entrepreneur is and what it means to be an entrepreneur as well as causes of founding and not founding a company. As part of extensive issues concerning resourcefulness the authoress tried to analyze enterpriselike attitudes from the individual person’s point of view; a person’s characteristic features; incentives and attitudes. The question is: what type of personal approaches helps conduct business activity: proactivity or maybe reactive; indifferent or conformist attitude and what type of personal features brings about business success?
