Good management practices in local authority

Summary/Abstract: In the present article, the authors describe the best practices of management processes in local government administration offices. The authors describe these practices, the implementation of which is not significantly dependent on achievement by the local government office a certain level of organizational maturity: methods of quality management (including TQM,ISO certification, and a model of excellence EFQM) a Common Assessment Framework and methods of strategic management (balanced scorecard).
