Sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina Between Political Emotion and Reality

Summary/Abstract: Besides introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided in two parts. The first part deals with idea of sovereignty, from classical, through modern to current theoretical approaches. The second part is focused on idea of sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it is also consists of two parts: the first part deals with theoretical discussion of Bosnian and Herzegovinian sovereignty positioned in international sphere, and the second one deals with understanding of sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina by domestic academic workers. This is focused at the approach of academic community part of Republika Srpska as well as their scientific discussions about mentioned issue. The subject of this paper is what they are in essence and what their goal is.
