Summary/Abstract: It is a known fact that juridical labour relations are those social relationships regulated by the law, occurring between a natural person on the one hand and a legal person on the other hand, as the result of a certain type of work being performed by the former to the benefit of the latter, wherein the latter undertakes to remunerate the former and to create the necessary conditions for the performance of this type of work. The juridical labour relation, which is quite well defined in today’s doctrine and jurisprudence has come a long and tedious way, being often influenced by the social, political or economical situation of the country. In this research I will try to identify some significant aspects in the relationship employee-employer-law, aspects that, in time, have imposed the necessity of a unitary codification of the judicial labour relations.
