Summary/Abstract: In this interview with Dr. Amir Karić, director of the Directorate for education and academic research of the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in BiH, we discussed reasons, motives and aims of the project of creating Ten years plan and strategy for the development of educational and academic institutions of the Islamic Community in BiH, we also discussed education of the staff for the needs of the Islamic Community, the future of madrassas, the mission of the Islamic Community in the field of education and a number of other issues.
