Summary/Abstract: The study contains an attempt to clarify the nature of the intelligent organization, its characteristics and the areas to which we refer intelligent organization. An additional objective of the study is to show the importance of an intelligent organization, as a theoretical model for improving the efficiency of the company, achieving success in the marketplace - and thereby increasing the value of the company, as a business entity.
