Diagnosis of the organizational culture of social welfare centres in Lublin Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the diagnosis of organizational culture of social welfare centers in Lublin Voivodeship. This diagnosis focuses on current and desired cultural patterns. The study was conducted among 116 employees from 20 organizations. Knowledge of existing and expected cultural values is very important for understanding an organization and can be used in shaping the organizational culture in the right direction.
