Summary/Abstract: In this paper the authors gave us a brief overview of the application of euthanasia through the history. Besides explaining the concept of euthanasia, the authors give us some observations regarding the regulations of the Republic of Serbia governing this matter, as well as an overview of the legislative decisions of some countries in the world.
