Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article, is the attempt of disclosuring the obstacles of leading the educational activity in college. Such obstacles can include a variety of educations deÞ nition – a certain sense that is given to it, because the differential of the scale of philosophical and anthropological views, taken by the authors dealing with the issue of education. Multiple meaning of this term, has its implications in perception – of the part of academic environment – education as the activity „reserved” for children and youth, but no longer for students. Another obstacle to the existence of the education in higher education schools, is treating it as an activity that is less important, than training or scientiÞ c research. Leading an educational activity on University, is also hindered by still developing number of studies, as well as still growing domination of labor market rules in educational reality.
