Summary/Abstract: Achievieng a space of security and protection for the rights of democratic states’ citizens is imposed by the critical dangers to which we are exposed. In Europe, EU fowsed, with priority, its attention on the security policies, by creating a complex system of legal documents and institutions which are mandated to fulfill the security objectives.
