Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide basic information on several important aspects of explaining the impact of the economic crisis on the transport sector. Times of crisis makes it necessary to continuously monitor changes in the economy, analyzing the causes and consequences of their formation and ongoing research related to the mitigation of the crisis. In general, the situation of transport companies is not easy. In addition to great competition, changing fuel prices, the activity of a vast part of transport companies is blocked by payment bottlenecks. The aim of the article is to present the situation of transport companies in times of crisis.
