Summary/Abstract: The assessment of the efficacy of occupational health psychological interventions has been a topic for the discussion and research for organizational psychologists, HRM managers, economists and even politicians for the last thirty years. This article presents a few propositions for the assessment of the efficacy of interventions within stress management, occupational health and work-life balance. Those propositions narrow the issue to the ways of measurement of the process and indicators of the efficacy of the intervention. However, it is important to be alert to many other intrinsic and extrinsic factors that should be controlled during the process of assessment. The tools and methods described in this paper can be used both by the researchers and HR practitioners.
