Interpersonal communication based on the example of social welfare institution

Summary/Abstract: Interpersonal communication may be a tool for exerting influence, therefore in some spheres of human activity it may pose an especially significant and even basic instrument for conducting this activity. One of these spheres is social welfare. Deliberations included in the work are based on the analysis of the communication process and possible kinds of transmissions, existing in the process of communication. In order to realize the aim it was necessary to demonstrate specificity of social welfare units operation. There was a determination of present directions of communication and presentation of specificity of social welfare management in the context of effectiveness of personal communication in this management. The aim has been achieved through solving the research problem formed as a question: whether and how (in what way, scope and to what extent) quality of interpersonal communication influences activity of social welfare institution.
