Summary/Abstract: The study is the issue of attitudes of employers and executives to employ 65 plus knowledge workers. The article is composed of two parts: theoretical, taking diversity management issues in relation to the age of the workers, in a situation of rapid aging of the Polish population, and the demographic and empirical, based on the results of research. The theoretical part was made of the conditions and issues shaping the declared and actual attitudes towards the analyzed group of employees. The empirical part tried to answer questions regarding the shaping of attitudes of employers and executives, as well as the perceived benefits and risks of hiring this group of workers. The studies involved a total of 68 employers and executives. The data obtained showed the diversity of attitudes of employers and executives to knowledge workers, both in terms of attitudes declared and observed, as well as a balanced ratio of perceived benefits for the organization to employ knowledge workers 65 plus in relation to the risks.
