Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is employees well-being in enterprises and its connection with job satisfaction and the dependence between “organizational health” and the level of job engagement in organizational goals. In this case, the research was carried out among 202 employees from 23 middle sized enterprises. The results show significant statistical connections between the indication of employees well-being in the organization and their level of job satisfaction. However, the research did not show statistical significant connections between “organizational health” indicators and the percentage of employees engaged in organizational goals. Such a connection (even though it was not the main aim of the research procedure) may be observed between the indication of “organizational health” and the level of fluctuation as a component of “organizational health”.
