Summary/Abstract: There are four generations: Baby Boomers, Generation “X”, Generation “Y” and Generation “Z” that exist in parallel in today’s labour market. The article aims to draw the attention of employers and human resource managers to the generation of young people known as “Z” or “C” which is preparing to enter the labour market or has been operating in it recently. The article attempts to characterize the representatives of generation “Z”. It also shows how big the challenge of managing new generations of young workers is that the organizations face today. This article is based on the study of local and foreign literature and empirical research carried by the coauthors of this work.
