Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the presentation of the process of creating a personnel strategy in capital groups, the basic assumptions of these strategies and the most commonly used forms of employment as an important aspect of the process of shaping employment. On the basis of quantitative research carried out in 103 capital groups an attempt has been taken to verify the hypothesis about the relationship between the assumptions of capital group’s personal strategy and the forms of employment used in companies.
