Urban freight transport management in the context of consensus building between different stakeholders expectations

Summary/Abstract: Heterogeneity of urban freight transport manifests itself primarily in the diversity of stakeholders and their expectations. Various interest groups have different priorities and objectives, which translates into a different perception of the effectiveness of transportation and distribution of goods in urban areas. Due to that efficient urban freight transport management expects the proper approach, based on compromise solutions, which make possible to achieve the consensus between different expectations of UFT stakeholders groups.
