Management in territorial administration – case of improvement actions

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the analysis of formalized management systems and tools such as quality management system ISO 9001, information security management system ISO/IEC 27001, risk management system ISO 31000 and self-assessment CAF model, in the context of using them to build or improve managerial control system in public administration. The article also presents some experiences of territorial administration in the improvement of integreded management system, in managerial control system area. Improvement actions were connected with very important elements of that system such as defining objectives and tasks, risk management and the coordination of first and second level actions of managerial control system.
