Problems of organizations development and their resource potential in practice of R&D services industries of High Technology sector

Summary/Abstract: The study signaled the essence of growth and development strategies of modern organizations. The structure of the unique role of the resource potential in these processes was pointed. The goal of this study was to demonstrate higher importance in today’s market conditions, external development and relational resources than more traditional approach based on the internal growth strategy. The analysis of organization development theory and the competitive potential theory were supported by the analysis of eighteen organizations from R&D services sector of HT. It is visible for them that the structure of resources is not taking into account the relational resource development and basing only on the internal development strategy today is not the approach that guarantees market success in HT sector. Such an approach leads to an average or poor financial situation, so it should be changed as soon as possible.
