Public Law Regulation of Municipal Waste Collection as a Business Activity

Summary/Abstract: The article is taking the issue of regulating the business activity consisting in collecting the municipal waste from their producers, in order to direct this waste for processes of treatment. Regulating applied in Polish provisions consist on obliging to get the entry in the register of regulating activity, led through executive authority of the commune selfgovernment, competent of activity on account of the place conducted. They paid special attention in the study to recipes referring to deleting for entrepreneur from the register, treated as the administrative sanction, showing doubts of different kinds caused by these provisions. Analysis is taking into account also newest amendments to the provisions prepared at the Parliament in October 2014.
