Impact of statistical analysis of processes on the creation of corporate value

Summary/Abstract: This article presents tools related to the statistical analysis of the processes that enable the cost reduction generated by the unit and increase revenues. The first part presents the importance of the procesess in a company. The next part characterizes the methods and tools of statistical analysis of procesess, which include Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, statistical process contol and control charts. The last part assesses the usefulness in creating value. The aim of the article is also to determine the benefits that entail the use of methods and tools for statistical analysis which are used in the process of company’s value creation. This will help validate the thesis that the selection of tools reduces costs as well as generates revenue, and allocation of resources of the enterprise.
