Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development is a very important concept, which corresponds to contemporary global problems related to human activity. Sustainable development of organization is a kind of management which takes into consideration economic, social and environmental issues. It means new quality of management, which requires a strategic approach to managemant of environmental aspects of proceses, impact on local community and safety of employees. Sustainable management points out the need for the measurement of the results of organization management. In author presents the results of analysis of corporate sustainability reports including management practices, measurements and organizational solutions used by organizations which develop in a sustainable way.
