The roles of teacher and student in distance education

Summary/Abstract: This article presents one of the newest forms of teaching – distance education. Due to the technological and social changes, this type of education plays an increasingly important role. Therefore, the thesis characterizes the teacher and student in distance education. There has been also introduced the characteristics of this education and its limitations, which can definately be improved.
