Summary/Abstract: The author, a renowned specialist in Romanian history and well-known in the Albanian language, presents in this volume some studies on the tracdacic background of the Romanian language, two of which ("The passage of the substructure entries in toponomastics" and "Notes regarding At the postage of the defined item ") are published for the first time; Other essays have already appeared in Linguistic Researchers' and Thraco-Dacica Studies. This work will have to follow a second volume in which the Romanian-Albanian coincidences will be treated in the context of the phraseology and the semantic values of some voices in light of the cultural identity and civilization of the two peoples.
